Why I love Saturdays.

So this would be the time Baxter and I woke up yesterday morning. Don't think that's happened since at least college.

But in keeping with the unpredictable, "we're wild and crazy and anything can happen" feel of the day, I decided these were in order; Peanut butter and jelly muffins.


And whilst baking I decided to give this new recipe a go.


And while I was at it, why not these too.



And by then, it was time for this.



Which naturally needed to be accompanied by this.



All of which was followed by a hefty helping of this.


And that my friends, is what I call a good Saturday.
